This notification is to inform you that our darkfiber provider announced a maintenance window.
The details for this maintenance are below.

Maintenance window.
Start Time: March 14, 2018 - 23:00:00 (CET)
End Time: March 15, 2018 - 06:00:00 (CET)

Maintenance Details:
Due to planned construction works in Amsterdam (road A9) our darkfiber provider need to perform a necessary cable relocation.

Customer impact:
During this maintenance window one uplink to our switch at the the Digital Realty AMS1 datacenter will go down.
Expected downtime of this uplink: 2 hours during the maintenance window (fiber path Digital Realty AMS1 - atom86 core router atoprt2sbp)

Customers with a dual BGP session at Digital Realty AMS1 will see one of their sessions go down.
Customers with a single BGP session might see their session go down (if the BGP session is configured via the affected fiber path).
Customers with a VRRP configuration might experience a failover swap.
MPLS/VPLS customers might see a failover when traffic will be routed via the redundant uplink.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.
During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
