This notification is to inform you that atom86 scheduled a maintenance window.

The details for this maintenance are below.

Maintenance window.

Start Time: Thursday December 5, 2019 - 23.00h-23.59h(CET)

Maintenance details:

We will upgrade one uplink at our switch: atopsw1eqx3

Fiberpath: Equinix AM3 - Schuberg Philis

During the upgrade this uplink will go down and traffic will automatically be re-routed via the redundant path.

Downtime max. 20 minutes.

Customer impact:

MPLS (Xconnect) customers might see a failover when traffic will be routed via the redundant uplink.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
