This notification is to inform you that one of our our dark fiber providers announced a maintenance window.

The details for this maintenance are below.

Start Time: July 1, 2020 - 23.00h (CEST)

End Time: July 2, 2020 - 06.00h (CEST)

Maintenance Details:

Our dark fiber provider needs to perform a necessary cable relocation which will affect one uplink to our switch at Digital Realty Science Park.

Fiberpath: Digital Realty Science Park - Schuberg Philis

Customer impact:

During this maintenance window one uplink to our switch (atopsw2drsp) at the Digital Realty Science park datacenter will go down and

traffic will automatically be re-routed via the redundant path.

- Customers with a dual BGP session at Digital Realty Science Park will see one of their BGP sessions go down (configured at atoprt2sbp).

- Customers with a VRRP configuration might experience a failover swap.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
