This notification is to inform you that one of our our dark fiber providers announced a maintenance window.

The details for this maintenance are below.

Start Time: November 19, 2019 - 00.01 (CET)

End Time: November 19, 2019 - 06.00h (CET)

Maintenance Details:

Our dark fiber provider announced a Possible Service Affecting maintenance on the dark fiber between our switch at Equinix AM3 and our core router at Schuberg Philis.

Customer impact:

In case the uplink to our switch (atopsw2eqx3) will be affected by this maintenance, traffic will automatically be re-routed via the redundant path.

- Customers with a dual BGP session at Equinix AM3 will see one of their BGP sessions go down (configured at atoprt2sbp).

- Customers with a VRRP configuration might experience a failover swap.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
