Dear atom86 Customer,

This notification is to inform you that atom86 scheduled a maintenance window.

The details for this maintenance are below.

Affected sites:

Equinix AM3

Affected equipment:

atopsw2eqx3

Maintenance window.

Start Time: Thursday December 5 , 2019 - 23.00h-23.59h(CET)

Maintenance details:

We will upgrade one uplink at our switch atopsw2eqx3 towards our core router atoprt2sbp.

During the upgrade this uplink will go down and traffic will automatically be re-routed via the redundant path.

Downtime max. 20 minutes.

Customer impact during the maintenance window:

- Customers with a dual BGP session at Equinix AM3 will see one of their BGP sessions go down (configured at atoprt2sbp).

- Customers with a VRRP configuration might experience a failover swap.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
