atom86 Maintenance announcement: Jan. 24, 2020 and Jan. 28, 2020

Dear atom86 Customer,

This notification is to inform you that atom86 scheduled two maintenance windows.
The details for these maintenance windows are below.

Affected sites:
All atom86 POP locations

Maintenance window #1
Date: Friday Jan. 24, 2020
Time window: 00.01 - 03.00h (CET)

Maintenance window #2
Date: Tuesday Jan. 28, 2020
Time window: 00.01 - 03.00h (CET)

Maintenance Details:
We will upgrade the Junos version of our core routers.

Maintenance window #1 will affect core router atoprt2nkf
Maintenance window #2 will affect core router atoprt2sbp

Customer impact during the maintenance windows:
Customers with a dual BGP session will see one of their sessions go down.
Customers with a VRRP configuration might experience a failover swap.
Customers with a Xconnect service will not be affected by this maintenance.
Customers with a Cloud Connect service will not be affected by this maintenance.
Customers with a Cloud Router service will not be affected by this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
