This notification is to inform you that our darkfiber provider announced an emergency maintenance window.

The details for this maintenance are below.

Maintenance window.

Start Time: July 1, 2018 - 06.00 (CEST)

End Time: July 1, 2018 - 23.59 (CEST)

Maintenance Details:

Our darkfiber announced an emergency maintenance window in which they need to repair damaged fibre cables.

Every delay of these works could have a critical impact on the fiber network and therefore they will do the repair work in an emergency maintenance.

Customer impact:

During this maintenance window one uplink to our switch at the Global Switch datacenter will go down.

Fiberpath: Global Switch - NIKHEF (atoprt2nkf)

Customers with a dual BGP session at Global Switch will see one of their sessions go down.

Customers with a VRRP configuration will experience a failover swap.

MPLS/VPLS customers might see a failover when traffic will be routed via the redundant uplink.

During the scheduled maintenance, our engineers will work closely on site to limit any network issues that may occur during this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
