This notification is to inform you that atom86 scheduled an emergency maintenance window.

The details for these maintenance windows are below.

All atom86 POP locations

Maintenance window

Date: July 13, 2018

Time window: 00.01 - 04.00 (CEST)

Maintenance Details:

We will upgrade the Junos version of our core routers.

This emergency maintenance window will affect our core routers atoprt2nkf and atoprt2sbp.

Customer impact during the maintenance windows:

Customers with a BGP set up will experience 4 times a downtime of one of their dual BGP sessions.

Customers with a VRRP might experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Customers with a VPLS configuration will experience a failover swap.

Customers with a Xconnect service will not be affected by this maintenance.

During this period all services will continue in accordance with our normal procedures.
